SUBJECT : Additional Training for All Personnel

It is now, and always has been, the policy of this 
institution to assure its personnel that they are 
well trained.  Through our Special High Intensity 
Training (S.H.I.T.) program, we have given our 
personnel more S.H.I.T. than any other institution 
in the country.

If any individual feels that he or she could 
advance to another position by taking more 
S.H.I.T., see your supervisor.

Our command staff is specially trained to assure 
that you will get all the S.H.I.T. that you can 
handle.

Any individual who feels he or she has not 
received sufficient Special High Intensity 
Training, tell your supervisor, so you may 
be put at the top of the S.H.I.T. list.
